Why such high satisfaction?

To begin with, we are not an estate agency. We’re property managers, really. The basic model is simple enough: we lease a 3+ bedroom property from a landlord on a minimum 2-year agreement, and then we rent out the rooms to working professionals on 6-month contracts.  During this time the rent is guaranteed.  There are no management fees or additional costs to you.  We are your perfect tenant!

As the result of our regular maintenance regime (including fortnightly cleanings) as well as the upgrades we make to the property at the time we take over its management (e.g. the installation of flat screen televisions and the replacement of worn furnishings), properties are usually in even better condition at the end of the agreement than at the outset.

Our tenants are professionals and are referenced checked.  We manage all aspects of their tenancy – meaning you won’t be getting any phone calls in the early hours telling you that a lightbulb needs changing. You can sleep easy knowing that you are getting truly passive income.
